I just learned today that Youtube allows videos up to 720p. This seems to be a sort of secret, as they're just testing it out. It probably wouldn't be good if everyone started viewing HD videos (imagine the bandwidth costs!) Just add &fmt=22 at the end of the URL of your video, and if it's filmed in HD, then you will be able to view it as such.
